Mit HERMES 2022 steht eine aktualisierte Ausgabe der langjährigen Projektmanagementmethode der Schweizerischen Bundesverwaltung zur Verfügung. HERMES hat nun die agile Vorgehensweise als Kernelement integriert. Der Beschaffungsprozess hat eine prominentere Platzierung eingenommen. Ausserdem besitzt der Anwendervertreter nun direkt die fachliche Produktverantwortung. Im Jahr 2020 wurde der neue Scrum Guide publiziert und dieser wird nun wieder für viele Jahre seine Gültigkeit haben.
